Water Cleanable, Chemical Resistant Waterproof Epoxy Tile Grout
Vetofill EG455 is a two-component epoxy-based, water cleanable, chemical resistant, and waterproofing tile grout used with most types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, glass mosaic, marble, granite,…etc. The product is composed of 2 components consisting of a resin base with Filler and hardener.
Do not apply/cure at a temperature below 10°C. Epoxy grout may discolor edges of porous natural stone, a trial application to be done in advance.
Surface Preparation
The tile joints should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, or any other substance that might impair the bond’s quality with the substrate.
Remove excess adhesive from the joints so that 2/3 of the depth of the tile is left available to grout.
Mixing
To ensure proper mixing, use a mechanically powered mixer or heavy-duty slow speed drill fitted with a suitable paddle.
Stir the base (component A) and the hardener (Component B) individually to disperse any settlement.
Pour the entire contents of the base and hardener into a suitable size container and mix mechanically for 2 minutes until achieving a uniform, lump-free consistency.
Scrap the sides and bottom of the can to ensure complete mixing.
Do not over mix as this will lead to flash setting (fast hardenning).
Also avoid high speed mixing as this will entrap air and create pinholes in the grout.
Application
Fill the mixed grout into the joints using a rubber trowel or a hand-operated gun and cartridges; clean excess grout with a wet sponge.
After grouting with Vetofill EG455, within 80 minutes from grouting, clean the joints and excess grout by using a wet sponge.
Cleaning
Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Remove the hardened material using mechanical means.

Elastomeric crack-bridging cementitious waterproof membrane
Vetoproof S is a two-component flexible polymer modified cementitious waterproof coating. It has unique crack bridging characteristics even after long term water immersion. The product is suitable for use in contact with potable water and can withstand negative hydrostatic pressure.

KRETESIL is a ready-mix, cementitious, and surface applied, waterproofing membrane consisting of Sulphate resistant cement, graded quartz, and inorganic additives. KRETESIL has been tested to a pressure of 1.5 bar.
The initial and final bonding capability of KRETESIL is excellent, making it suitable for application to both vertical and horizontal surfaces on concrete, block work, cement plaster…etc. It is durable, resistant to frost and heat after setting and remains permeable to water vapor.

IDROLASTIC is a two component mortar composed of special type of cements, bonding agents, selected fillers and special additives (component A) and water based synthetic acrylic co-polymer (component B). When mixing the two components together a workable paste is obtained that can be applied either horizontally or vertically which adheres to concrete and masonry supports. Once hardened, it forms a waterproofing and flexible layer resistant against aggression of Chlorides and Sulphates.

Single-component, flexible acrylic copolymer-based waterproofing membrane
Vetoproof TOP is a single-component, cold applied, flexible acrylic copolymer-based elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It offers excellent long-term waterproofing characteristics and resistance to UV degradation while remaining flexible for superior crack-bridging ability. As an all-cross-linking acrylic, Vetoproof TOP resists yellowing, color fading, and has excellent dirt pick-up resistance.
